试论旅游开发的环境伦理目标

On the Environmental Ethics Goals of Tourism Development

旅游开发是发展旅游业的必由之路。一方面,旅游开发促进了旅游业的迅猛发展;另一方面,随着旅游业的发展,旅游开发对环境的破坏也日益严重。当前,积极发展旅游业已成为世界各国政府的一项重要任务,有的国家甚至将旅游业作为其支柱产业来发展。要合理开发旅游资源,保护旅游资源和环境,实现旅游业的可持续发展,旅游开发就应确立可持续发展、人与自然和谐、促进人的全面发展等符合环境伦理的价值目标。

The exploration of tourism is an inevitable way to develop the tourism industry.On the one hand,tourism development promotes the development of tourism industry rapidly.On the other hand,with the development of tourism,it causes increasing serious damages to environment.At present,to develop tourism actively has become one of the important tasks for all countries.Some countries even take the tourism industry as its pillar industry.To exploit tourist resources rationally,protect tourism resources and environment,and achieve sustainable tourism development,we should set the value goal in line with the environmental ethics.
