我国医药连锁零售企业物流管理问题及对策

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Managing the Logistics of the Pharmacy Chains in China

目前我国医药连锁零售经营企业的物流管理体系建设仍然处于初级阶段,现行的物流管理方法相对落后,这对我国连锁企业的发展造成了巨大障碍,严重制约了连锁经营规模效益的发挥,己成为连锁业发展的"瓶颈"。针对连锁医药零售企业物流管理进行研究,这有助于我国医药连锁经营企业通过提升物流管理水平提高经济效益、降低经营成本,持续向合理化物流管理的方向发展。

The logistics system construction of the pharmacy chains in China is still in the preliminary stage.The current management for logistics is weak which imposes huge obstacle to developing the chain business.This paper studied the management of the logistics of the pharmacy chains and put forward some countermeasures to improve the management level so as to increase the business benefits and cut down the operating cost and etc.
