摘要
现行死刑复核程序因立法缺陷因素的制约,其价值的发挥受到很大局限。针对现行死刑复核程序的性质和立法缺陷进行分析,着重论述死刑复核程序的立法设置问题。
The legislation flaw has restricted the value of the current death penalty review procedure.This paper analyzed the nature of the current death penalty review procedure and the legislation flaw,mainly focusing on the legislation of the death penalty review procedure.
