以贵阳医学院为调查研究的单位,着重针对贵阳医学院研究生导师队伍的现状和运行情况进行较为全面的调查和分析,显示导师团队在创新人才的培养和科研创新体系中有极为重要的作用,提出进一步加强研究生导师团队建设建议。

Guiyang Medical College is selected as the survey target in this study,which focuses on the current situation and operation of the graduate supervisor team.The all-round investigation and analysis shows that the graduate supervisor team has played an extremely important role in talents cultivation and scientific research innovation.Some suggestions are put forward to further enhance the team building.
