摘要
针对目前中学课堂纪律存在问题进行分析,并提出重建策略:社会要营造和谐的环境,学校要在新课程背景下实现工具性纪律向发展性纪律的转变,教师要树立正确的学生观与纪律哲学观,正确的认识教师权威和学生自主,并通过对话处理好教师权威与学生自主的关系。
This paper analyzed the discipline problems in the middle school and put forward some reconstruction strategies.For example,schools are supposed to transform the nature of discipline;teachers should establish correct view on students and discipline and balance the authority of teacher and the autonomy of students.
