摘要
为了更好地从宏观角度研究交通路网污染状态,提出一种考虑容忍度的城市道路网络排放污染状况分析的方法。利用交通网络静态平衡以及容忍度概念构建一个双层数学规划模型,模型的下层为在已知OD(起讫)交通需求情况下路网各路段的静态交通分配,上层包含污染容忍基准及污染指数,其中这个指数反映了此条件下该道路网络的污染状态。同时,数值实例利用模型从环境角度分析了关键路段在交通网络中的重要性,证实了模型的实用性。研究结果表明,在有限的交通信息情况下模型能够对路网污染状态进行有效估测。
In order to analyze transport emission status of urban road network from a macroscopic perspective, a new frame-work approach considering tolerance was proposed. A two -level mathematical program framework was established by utili-zing transportation network equilibrium knowledge and the concept of tolerance, the lower -level program generated static e-quilibrium flows with specific OD traffic volumes, the upper- level program comprised pollution tolerance constraints andthe pollution index which indicated current emission pollution status of the network. Meanwhile, the practicality of this ap-proach was verified in numerical example by using the model to analyze the importance of key link road in a network from anenvironmental perspective. The study shows that under limited traffic information scenario the framework approach could beutilized to estimate road network emission pollution status effectively.
