采用MD204LV4文本显示器制作人机界面,将覆膜机执行机构动作参数的初始化值赋给PLC对应的寄存器,通过PLC记录和换算覆膜机主牵引电动机转速脉冲数控制覆膜机执行机构的动作,构成覆膜机自动化控制系统,实现了自动送纸、自动覆膜和自动切纸功能.实践表明:该系统性能可靠,维护方便,既降低了人工操作的劳动强度,又提高了生产效率,有效地保证产品的质量,得到了广泛的应用和推广.

Using MD204LV4 text display to make man-machine interface,the laminating machine action mechanism parameters initialization value assigned to the corresponding PLC register through PLC records and conversion film machine main traction motor speed control pulse number laminating machine actuators,a coating film machine automation control system,realizes automatic paper feeding,automatic film and the automatic cutting function. The practice shows that the system is reliable and easy to maintain. It not only reduces the labor intensity of manual operation,but also improves the production efficiency.
