This paper introduced one approach to efficiently remove the dust stratification attached to the flowdistribution plate of electrostatic precipitator. The core of approach is that it has two sets of dust cleaning device,namely vibration hammer cleaning device and a brush cleaning device. They can simultaneously carry out auto-matic vibration cleaning and automatic brush cleaning. Its efficiency is extremely high.It ensures that the flow dis-tribution plate is cleaning and the mesh is not blocked,and keep the gas flowing into the ESP uniform velocityand uniform distribution.It can effectively improve the dust removal efficiency.
