摘要
以澳门轻轨C370标段为工程背景,着重探讨澳门轻轨小半径曲线段箱梁短线法拼装施工技术,采用合理技术施工方法,有效提高了节段几何构型精度。通过埋在腹板顶面上的四个标高螺栓和埋于顶板中线上的两个倒U形水平定位钢筋,进行节段线形测量和定位检验,并针对小半径曲线箱梁施工中容易出现的钢束与节段梁腹板接触、磨损问题,提出有效解决方案,提高了小半径曲线节段拼装质量,为同类工程提供了借鉴。
Taken Macao Light Railway Viaduct Section C370 as engineering background,the paper focuses onthe construction technology for precasting segment girder with small-radius curves.Reasonable method was pro-posed to improve effectively the segment configuration precision.The segmental linear measurement and locationverification was implemented by burying four elevation bolts at surface of web and two inverted U-shape horizon-tal positioning bar in the roof plate.Furthermore, the efficient scheme was put forwardto resolve the abrasion prob-lem as well ascontact between prestressing tendons and web.The solution improves the assembly quality of smallradius curve segment, which also provides a reference for similar engineering.
