高校发展的新形势下,营口理工学院自动化专业根据地方院校的定位,结合人才培养规律和地方经济建设需求,以通识为本、通专结合为原则提高学生工程实践能力和创新意识,创建了应用技术型本科院校自动化专业创新型应用人才"1234"培养模式的改革促进了专业建设和师资队伍建设,给地方经济发展提供更多的合格人才,实现学校和地方经济的双赢。

Under the new era of universities development, automation specialty in Yingkou Instituteof Technology combines the demand of talents with local economic construction according to the posi- tioning of local colleges. Generally speaking, it is important to conduct the policy for integrating gener- al education with the principle of improving students＂ engineering practice ability and innovative con- sciousness. Therefore, the institute has established research based on the ＂1234＂ teaching model re- form. The purpose is to promote the professional and staff teams construction. Similarly, it could offer more qualified talents who can serve the local economic development and achieve a win-win situation for both universities and local community.
