摘要
网络法制教育的目的就是要培养大学生的法律素养,增强大学生的法制观念与遵纪守法意识。随着"互联网+"时代的到来,作为网民主体之一的大学生,因网络引发的各种违法行为越来越多。通过分析网络违法典型案例,找到了当前大学生法制教育存在的问题,提出了教育对策。
It is evident that the aim of the network legal education is to foster college students＇ legalqualities, strengthen their legal concept and law-abiding consciousness. Under lnternet＋ era, college students, as part of the main netizens, commit more and more illegal actions which are accompanied with visiting the Internet. It is easy to find out that there are some problems existed in college students＇legal education according to analyzing these typical illegal cases from the Internet. It seems that the colleges should come up with relative measure to solve these problems.
