母猪深部人工输精与普通人工输精效果的对比试验

Comparative test of sows deep artificial insemination with ordinary artificial insemination

人工授精技术已广泛应用于畜牧养殖业,猪的人工授精技术应用比例也在逐年加大。最近几年一项新的技术——母猪深部人工输精技术逐渐开始推广应用。为了验证该技术的应用效果,本试验随机选取了一个种猪场,设计了对比试验方案,进行效果对比试验。通过对比试验可以看出,深部人工输精技术与普通人工输精对比,母猪的受孕率明显提高,输精时间缩短,输精次数、精液倒流现象明显减少。

Artificial insemination technology has been widely used in animal husbandry,pig artificial insemination technology is also increasing in proportion these years.In recent years,a new technology,sow deep artificial insemination technology has gradually started to popularize.In order to verify the effect of this technique,a pig farm was selected randomly,comparative test scheme was designed and effect contrast trial was carried on.Through the contrast test,results showed that deep artificial insemination technology compared with ordinary artificial insemination had a significantly increased pregnancy rate,a shorten insemination time,less insemination times and few semen backflow phenomenon.
