摘要
褪黑激素(MT)主要是由松果腺分泌的吲哚类激素,光信号是调控MT合成的一个主要因素,自然或人为控制明暗交替的光照循环条件下,黑暗引起分泌量降低,光照引起分泌量升高。MT具有广泛的生物学功能,综述了禽类MT的生物合成、分泌、调节及其免疫、生殖和抗应激的生物学功能。
Melatonin is an indoleamine hormone produced by the pineal gland, light is one of the key regulators of melatonin synthesis with high levels during the dark phase and low levels during the light phase of a natural or imposed light-dark (LD) illumination cycle. Melatonin has many biological actions, the melatonin synthesis, secrete, regulate and biological actions including immunity, reproduce and stress in avian species were suggest in this paper.
