摘要
目的应用128层螺旋CT三维重组成像技术,结合穿刺或手术病理、评价对实性孤立性肺结节(Solid SPN)良恶性的鉴别价值。方法选择50例实性孤立性肺结节患者,检查采用128层螺旋CT机,在Phillips工作站对薄层图像进行多面重组(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、容积重现(VR)等后处理。结果 128层螺旋CT三维重组技术显示肺结节的影像学特征优于常规轴位图像(P<0.05);良性肺结节的影像学特征的出现率明显低于恶性肺结节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 128层CT三维重组技术可提高诊断的准确性和敏感性,对实性孤立性肺结节的良恶性鉴别有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the value of 128-slice spiral CT three-dimensional recombinant imaging technique combined with puncture or surgical pathology in the identification of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules (Solid SPN). Methods A total of 50 patients with solid solitary pulmonary nodules were examined by 128-slice spiral CT. The post-processing including the multi-planner reformation of (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR) and volume reproduc- tion (VR) was peformed on thin layer images at Phillips station. Results 128 spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique were superior to conventional axial images in showing the imaging features of pulmonary nodules(P〈0.05). The appearance rate of imaging features in benign pulmonary nodules was significantly lower than that of malignant pul- monary nodules, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion 128-slice CT three-dimensional re- construction technique can improve the accuracy and sensitivity of diagnosis, and it is very important for the identifica- tion of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.
