中药擦浴配合针刺曲池穴护理在外感高热中的应用

Application of the nursing of TCM sponge bath combined with acupuncture at Quchi point in exogenous high fever

目的研究并探讨中药擦浴配合针刺曲池穴对外感高热的护理效果。方法选取2013年1月~2016年10月期间我院收治的100例外感高热患者作为研究对象,采取单盲随机分组法随机分为对照组、观察组,每组50例,对照组实施酒精擦浴,观察组实施中药擦浴联合针刺曲池穴.比较两组患者的体温降低情况、体温降至正常时间、不良反应发生情况。结果与瘵浴前相比,擦浴后两组患者的体温均明显降低(P<0.05),但观察组擦浴后30 min,60 min的体温均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的体温降至正常时间相比于对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);擦浴过程中,观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对外感高热患者实施中药擦浴联合针刺曲池穴护理干预,可有效降低患者的体温,具有显著的降温效果,还可减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To study and explore the nursing effect of TCM sponge bath combined with acupuncture at Quchi i： point in exogenous high fever. Methods 100 patients with exogenous high fever who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to October 2016 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the con- trol group and the observation group according to the single-blind randomized＇ grouping method,with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given alcohol bath, and the observation group was given TCM sponge bath combined with acupuncture at Quchi point. The body temperature lowering, time of body temperature dropping to normal level, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the body temperature before sponge bath, the body temperature of the two groups after the sponge bath was significantly lower（P〈 0.05）. However, the body temperature in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 30 minutes and 60 minutes after the sponge bath（P〈0.05）; the time of body temperature dropping to the normal level in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group during sponge bath（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention of acupuncture at Quchi point combined with TCM sponge bath in the patients with exogenous ： r high fever can effectively promote the decrease of body temperature, has a significant decreasing effect of body temper- ature and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
