摘要 目的观察个性化健康教育及护理对青光眼患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年6月-2016年6月在我院接受治疗的108例青光眼患者临床资料作为研究对象,按照不同的护理方法随机分为实验组与对照组、每组54例。对照组提供常规护理干预方法,实验组接受个性化健康教育。比较两组的总有效率,以及两组患者干预前后生活质量评分、视力和总灰度值的变化情况。结果实验组与对照组患者的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后、实验组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的视力和总灰度值较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论个性化健康教育及护理能够有效改善青光眼患者的生活质量,提高行效,值得在临床中推广和使用。 Objective To observe the effect of individualized health education and nursing on the quality of life of pa- tients with glaucoma. Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with glaucoma who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research subjects. According to different nursing methods, the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and 54 patients in the experimental group were given individualized health education.The effective rate, the score of quality and the visual acuity and the total gray value before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The difference of the total effective rate in the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P〈0.05); After the intervention, the score of the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The visual acuity and total gray value in the experimental group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Com- prehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients with glaucoma, and improve the efficiency of treatment, which can be used and promoted in clinical practice.
