阿加曲班对急性脑梗死的作用

The clinical efficacy of Argatroban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的讨论阿加曲班对急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年2月~2016年7月收治的54例急性脑梗死患者进行观察,分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规的阿司匹林治疗,观察组实施阿加曲班治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的治疗效果以及两组患者CSS、BI评分情况。结果观察组患者的有效率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的81.48%;治疗后两组的神经功能以及日常生活功能均有不同程度改善,观察组CSS、BI评分好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在不良反应方面无差异。结论阿加曲班治疗可以有效地提高急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果,提升患者的生活质量,保障患者的生命安全,具有非常重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Argatroban on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 54 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups including observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional aspirin, The observation group was given argatroban treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups after treatment and the CSS and BI scores of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 96.30% in the observation group, higher than 81.48% in the control group. The neurological function and the daily life function of the two groups were improved to varying degrees after treatment. The scores of CSS and BI in the observation group were better than those in the control group, there were significant differences in the scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There were no difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups of patients. Conclusion The treatment of ar- gatroban, which improves the quality of life of patients and ensures the safety of patients, can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute cerebral infaretion and has a very important significance.
