摘要
为筛选到优良的辣椒种质资源,满足进一步的遗传改良和育种的需要,选用111个辣椒品系(种),在漂浮育苗条件下,对这些品系(种)种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数进行了研究。结果表明,‘gc2016-18’的发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数均为最高,分别为100%、100%、1.34;其次‘gx2016-4’‘gx2016-7’‘gx2016-20’‘gx2016-23’‘gc2016-47’和‘gv2016-2’的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数均在90.00%~100.00%、90.00%~100.00%、1.00~1.34之间变动;发芽势超过80.00%的品系(种)占供试品系(种)的16.22%,发芽率超过80.00%的品系(种)占供试品系(种)的40.54%,发芽指数超过1.00的品系(种)占供试品系(种)的17.12%。
In order to select excellent germplasms and meet the needs of further genetic improvement and breeding, 111 pepper lines were used as experimental materials to study seed germination characteristics including germination energy, germination rate and germination index under the condition of floating seedling. The germination energy, germination rate and germination index of 'gc 2016-18' were 100%, 100%, 1.34, respectively, which were the highest among all materials. The germination energy, germination rate and germination index of ' gx2016- 4' ' gx2016- 7' ‘ gx2016- 20'‘gx2016- 23' 'gc2016-47'and 'gv2016-2' fluctuated between 90.00% and 100.00%, 90.00% and 100.00%, 1.34 and 1.00 respectively. The germination energy of 16.22% lines was no less than 80.00% (GE≥80.00%), The germination rate of 40.54% lines was no less than 80.00% (GR≥80.00%) and the germination index of 17.12% lines was no less than 1.00 (GI≥1.00).
