维药减毒方法的文献整理

Literature Research of the Attenuation Method of the Uighur Medicine

目的:提高对于维药毒性以及维药减毒方法的重视,促进维医药的发展。方法:摘录《阿维森纳医典》《中华本草维吾尔药卷》和《中国医学百科全书维吾尔医学》3部汉译维医药典籍中有关维药减毒的相关论述,并进行整理与分析。结果:维药减毒的方法可归纳为以下7类,分别是炮制减毒、矫正药减毒、改变剂型减毒、机体自身解毒、食疗减毒、导吐法减毒和药物联用减毒。结论:维医非常重视维药的安全应用;维药减毒方法较为多样,具有较大的研究价值。

Objective： To improve attention on the Uighur medicine toxicity and attenuation method of the Uighur medicine, in order to promote the development of the Uighur Medicine. Methods： According to the Carton of Medicine, The Chinese herbal medicine of Uighur medicine volume and Chinese Medical Encyclopedia Uighur Medicine, excerpting attenuation method of the Uighur medicine, then the documents were analyzed. Results： Attenuation method of the Uighur medicine can be summarized into seven categories, containing pro- cessing attenuated, correction drug attenuated, to change the dose attenuated, the body＇s own detoxification, diet attenuated, guide spit method reducing poison and drug combined with attenuated. Conclusion： Uighur doctor pay much attention to the safe application of Uighur Medicine; Attenuation method of the Uighur medicine are various, which has great research value.
