抗真菌中药的研究现状及成果转化分析

Analysis on Current Situation of the Research and Achievement Transformation of Antifungal Traditional Chinese Medicine

对中国知网上学术期刊网络出版总库中2004—2015年期间的771篇抗真菌中药研究文献进行系统整理,收集国家相关部门发布的抗真菌中药专利申请信息和数据。分析抗真菌中药的研究现状,总结抗真菌中药的特点及作用机理,初步探讨抗真菌中药研究中存在的问题和进一步的发展方向。结果发现抗真菌中药文献研究内容多为抗真菌作用研究,抗真菌机理研究深入度不足;单体母核活性成分的研究报道不多;抗真菌中草药以菊科和豆科植物为主,多具有清热解毒、清热燥湿等功效;研究成果转化率不高。在今后的研究中应当注重新的研究技术和研究方法的引入,深入抗真菌中药抑菌机理分子水平和基因水平的对比性研究。

We Collected and collated the 771 research papers on CNKI during the period of 2004-2015, meanwhile collected the information and data about the patent application of the national relevant departments of Chinese Medicine and analyzed the current situation of the research on Traditional Chinese Medicine, to analyze the present situation of the research on the antifungal Traditional Chinese Medicine, summarize the characteristics and mechanism of the antifungal Traditional Chinese Medicine, and discuss the problems and further development of the antifungal Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results showed that many literatures about study of Antifungal Chinese drugs are about antifungal effect; antifungal mechanism research is insufficient; not mueh reported on a study of monomer parent nucleus active ingredients; most Antifungal Chinese herbal medicine is eompositae and leguminosae plants with heat clearing and detoxifying, clearing heat and drying dampness and other effects; research achievements eonvemion rate is not high. In the future research, it should he the introduction of new research techniques and methods, and further research on the molecular level and gene level of antifungal mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine.
