“四穴电针”对腰椎间盘突出症根性痛患者血清IL-6、NO及hsCRP的影响

Effects of "Four-Points Eletroacupuncture" Intervention on Levels of IL-6,NO and hs CRP in Patients with Radiculalgia due to Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察"四穴电针"针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)根性痛的临床疗效及其对患者血清IL-6、NO及hs CRP水平的影响,对四穴电针治疗LDH根性痛的作用机理进行初步分析。方法:将68例LDH根性痛患者随机分为四穴电针组(四穴组)与常规电针组(对照组),每组34例。分别采用四穴电针与常规电针治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者VAS评分及JOA功能恢复情况,并检测两组患者治疗前后炎性因子IL-6、NO及hs CRP含量。结果:两组患者治疗后疼痛VAS评分及JOA功能恢复均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),四穴组较对照组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者外周血IL-6、NO较治疗前均降低(P<0.01),且四穴组改变更为明显(P<0.05),hs CPR仅四穴组较治疗前有差异(P<0.01)。结论:"四穴电针"可能是通过降低患者血中炎性因子IL-6、NO及hs CRP水平,消除局部炎症反应,抑制神经根炎性水肿,从而发挥改善患者疼痛及临床症状的治疗作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Four-points-eletroacupuncture intervention on the levels of IL-6, NO and hsCRP in patients with radiculalgia due to Lumbar intervcrtebral disc herniation （LDH）, so as to analyse its mechanism underlying favorable regulation of function. Methods： The 68 patients of radiculalgia were randomly divided into Four-points eletroacupuncture group （Four-points group） and conventional eletroaeupuncture group （control group）, 53 eases in each. Four-points eletroaeupuncturc stimulation and conventional eletroaeupuncture stimulation were respectively used in two groups. The VAS and the JOA scores were observed before and after treatment in the patients of the ＇two groups. The levels of IL-6 NO and hsCRP were determined. Results： The VAS and JOA scores were all improved apparently after treatment in the two groups （P〈0.01）. The Fourpoints group showed more obvious improvements than control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and NO were all reduced in the two groups （P〈0.01）. And the Four-points group showed lower levels than the control group （P〈0.05）. the change of hsCRP was statistical in the Four-points group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Four-points eletroacupuncture therapy can effectively relieve pain and clinical symptoms of LDH, which may be related to its effects in reducing IL-6, NO and hsCRP levels and down-regulating inflammatory response.
