电针联合药物治疗对主观性耳鸣患者听性脑干反应测试的影响

A Controlled Clinical Study: Analyzing the ABR Results of Electric Acupuncture Combine with Western Medicine Treatment for Subjective Tinnitus

目的:探讨电针联合药物治疗对主观性耳鸣患者听性脑干反应测试的影响。方法:将60例主观性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组采用单纯药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用电针耳门、听宫、听会、翳风等耳周穴治疗。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后听性脑干反应测试结果。结果:治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组为66.7%。CE-Chirp声条件下,两组V波反应阈降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组阈值差大于对照组。结论:电针耳周穴与药物治疗主观性耳鸣,疗效优于单纯药物治疗,并可明显降低主观性耳鸣患者CE-Chirp听性脑干反应中V波反应阈。

Objective： To explore the influence on auditory brainstem response test （ABR） in Subjective tinnitus by electric acupuncture combine with western medicine. Methods： The 60 subjective tinnitus patients were divided into treatment and control groups, 30 cases in each. The patients were treated by western medicine in control group, and electric acupuncture on ＂Ermen （TE21） Tinggong （SI19） Tinghui （GB2） Yifeng （TE17）＂in treatment group, based on the same treatment as control group. The clinical efficacy and au- ditory brainstem response test （ABR） were observed in the two groups. Results： The efficient rate was 83.3% in treatment group and 66.7% in treatment group. Under the condition of the reaction threshold of Vwave, there were both statistically significance of two groups （P〈0.05）. And the reaction threshold change of treatment group was more significant than the control group. Conclusion： Electric acupuncture combine with western medicine shows better effect on subjective tinnitus, than the drug therapy alone. This method could lower the reaction threshold of ABR test and provide new thinking for treatment of subjective tinnitus.
