摘要
目的:探讨循证医学实践对中医骨伤科专业学位研究生评判性思维的影响。方法:将20名中医骨伤科专业学位研究生随机分为对照组和实验组,每组10名。对照组采用传统培养方式,实验组采用循证医学实践方法,观察两组学生干预前后临床评判能力及评判性思维变化情况。结果:实验组临床评判能力及评判性思维能力5个维度的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证医学实践在培养中医骨伤科专业学位研究生临床评判能力及评判性思维能力方面优于传统培养方式。
Objective: To explore the influenee of evidence-based medicine method on critical thinking ability of Orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese Medicine professional graduate. Methods: Totally 20 Orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese Medieine professional graduate were randomly divided into the experimental and control groups. The control group was given traditional teaching method, and the experimental group was given the evidence-based medicine teaching method. The clinical judgment ability and critical thinking were compared before and after teaching interventions. Results: The experimental group showed higher clinical judgment ability and critical thinking ability of five dimension score than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Evidence-based medicine practice in cultivating clinical judgment ability of Orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese Medicine professional graduate and their critical thinking ability is superior to the traditional teaching method.
