摘要
卧式滚动转子式压缩机生产过程中,出现性能波动异常、副轴承磨损的问题。通过分析供油系统工作原理,利用CFD模拟分析卧式滚动转子式压缩机内流场,结合试验数据,确定滑片泵供油不稳定会导致泵体内密封和润滑不足,是卧式滚动转子式压缩机性能波动异常、副轴磨损的主要原因。提出供油系统改善方案——用离心叶轮替代滑片泵。经过多次试验验证,性能波动明显减小,制冷量和COP明显提高,无异常磨损的现象。
In the production process of the horizontal rolling piston type compressor, the abnormal performance fluctuation and countershaft wear happen. Through the analy- sis on the working principle of oil supply system, and the flow field of horizontal rolling piston type compressor is simulated using CFD. Combined with a large number of experi- mental data, it is considered that the oil supply instability of sliding vane pump leads to the pump body seal and lubrication issues, which is the main reason of abnormal perform- ance fluctuation and the countershaft wear of horizontal rolling piston type compressor. The improvement scheme of oil supply system is proposed, using centrifugal impeller in- stead of sliding vane pump. Through many experiments, it is verified that the perform- ance fluctuation is significantly reduced, the cooling capacity and COP are improved sig- nificantly, without the abnormal wear phenomenon.
