摘要
混流器在风量测量装置中起到混合静压腔气流的作用,为温湿度取样靶提供均匀的气流组织。本文利用计算流体力学软件对混流器三维流场特性进行数值模拟,分析气体流经混流器后的风阻等特性参数。分析结果表明,随导流叶片数增加,气流通过混流器后的气体阻力增大,出风温差减小;且导流叶片达到一定数量后,气体阻力增大和出口温差减小趋势变缓。以上结论可为混流器结构设计和辅助风机的选取提供指导。
The mixer plays a role in mixing air flow of static pressure chamber and pro- vides uniform airflow for sampling rake. The numerical simulation on three-dimensional flow field characteristics of the mixer of air flow is conducted, and the wind resistance caused by flowing through the mixer is analyzed. The analysis results show that with the increase of the number of guide blades, the wind resistance increases and the temperature difference of outflow decreases~ when a certain number of guide blades is reached, the in- crease of wind resistance and the decrease of temperature difference of outflow slow down. The above conclusions can provide guidance for the design of the mixer and the selection of auxiliary fans.
