凹凸型板换热单元结构强度设计

摘要 通过对蒸发式冷凝器凹凸型板换热单元进行结构载荷分析,建立简化力学模型,进行失效模式分析。给出凹凸型板换热单元电阻焊接头最高允许工作压力计算方法,结合ASME中Two Dimpled Plates结构最高允许工作压力确定方法,进行凹凸型板换热单元的结构强度安全性校核。 By structural load analysis for the dimpled plate heat exchange assemblies of evaporation condenser, the simplified mechanical model is established to conduct the fail- ure mode analysis. The maximum allowable working pressure calculation method of resist- ance welding junction connecting head of dimpled plate heat exchange assemblies is derived and the safety check on the structure strength of dimpled plate heat exchange assemblies is conducted, combined with the method of maximum allowable working pressure of Two Dimpled Plates structur from ASME.
