基于普通焓差试验室进行SEER测试的设备升级设计及试验验证

摘要 依据AHRI 210/240-2008和ANSI/ASHRAE116-2010,普通焓差试验室在进行季节能效比SEER测试时可能存在无法达到低湿工况、开停机稳态工况无法稳定和非稳态温度测量不准确等一系列问题,在现有焓差试验室基础上改造空气处理系统、数据采集系统、风道系统和设备控制系统,并进行整机测试,结果表明,改造后的试验室满足AHRI 210/240-2008要求。 According to AHRI 210/240-2008 and ANSI/ASHRAE 116-2010, the reg- ular enthalpy difference lab has limitations in performing SEER (Seasonal Energy Effi- ciency Ratio) testing, which are low humidity condition, steady state in "on-off" cycle test, measurement in transient state, etc. Test facility upgrade design is provided, modifi- cation has been practiced on air-conditioning equipment, data acquisition system, air flow system and control system. Validation test on air conditioner unit is performed, the result shows that the upgrading could support AHRI 210/240-2008 requirement effectively.
