Field test study of two types of the novel efficient defrosting control methods for air source heat pumps

摘要 2016年,中国北方大地上涌起一股举国关注的“煤改电”大潮。究其根源,在于清洁能源应用被关注;究其应用主角,具体到制冷空调产业,则为热泵产品——关乎国计民生,于是热泵技术发展态势及如何应用、维护成为众人关注之焦点。 Mal-defrosting is a typical and undesirable operating phenomenon for air source heat pump(ASHP)in the heating operation.This paper introduces two types of the novel efficient defrosting control methods.One is the direct measurement method by applying tube encircled photoelectric sensor(TEPS),the other is the indirect measurement method by using the temperature-humidity-time parameter(THT).The accuracy and efficiency of two methods are verified by the field test.The test results indicate that the ASHP unit can be reasonable defrosting by using the TEPS method and the THT method,the average COP is increased by 10% and 12% respectively compared by using the traditional temperature-time(TT)method.The TEPS method and the THT method are competitive defrosting control methods that can be used for ASHP in practical application.
