摘要
在大跨径钢梁桥设计中,正交异性板得到了普遍应用,但桥面铺装层开裂现象普遍存在。为了分析桥面开裂的原因,文章以重庆某跨江大桥为例,建立Midas模型进行计算分析,结果表明纵梁与正交异性板在横桥向刚度突变,横桥向上纵梁处竖向刚度远大于正交异性板的竖向刚度,在车轮作用下桥面铺装沿纵梁边缘规律性开裂。
Orthogonal irregular slabs have been widely used in the design of long-span steel girder bridges, but the cracking phenomenon in deck pavement layer is widespread.In order to analyze the reason of bridge deck cracking,with a river-cross bridge in Chongqing as the example,this article established the Midas model for calculation analysis,the results showed that the longitudinal beam and the orthogonal irregular slab have the stiffness mutation along the transverse bridge direction, the vertical rigidity at upward longitudinal beam place of transverse bridge is much larger than the vertical stiffness of orthogonal irregular slab, and under the action of vehicle wheels, the bridge deck pavement shows the regular cracking along the longitudinal beam edge.
