植物激素对棉属种间杂种回交后代胚胎发育影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以[亚洲棉(G.arboreum)×异常棉(G.anomalum)]×亚洲棉为材料,从授粉当天开始,给杂种回交子房连续喷以植物激素(50ppmGA3+100ppm NAA),隔天一次,共喷三次。用常规石蜡切片法和胚乳整体解刦法,分别观察了回交后代胚胎发育过程的变化和胚乳游离核的增殖情况。结果发现,植物激素对杂种回交后代的胚、胚乳和胚珠的发育都有良好的作用。 The influences of phytohormones on the embryogeny of the progeny from an interspecific hybrid backcross between two Gossypium species were investigated. This cross employed the hybrid of G.arboreum XG.anomalum as female parent and G.arboreum as the male parent. Bolls of the progeny plants were treated with phytohormones (GAS 50mg/l+ NAA100mg/1)by spraying the solutions to the inner base of the bracts.The changes in the embryogeny and development of endosperm nucleuses of backcross progeny were monitored using paraffin dissertion and whole-mount of endosperm. The results showed that phytohormones had effects on the embryogeny of backcross progeny plants of the interspecific hybid.
