易自燃急倾斜突出煤层采掘接替优化研究

摘要 针对贵州省某矿二采区煤层容易自燃、有煤与瓦斯突出危险性、急倾斜、走向长度大、巷道围岩条件差的特点,分析了采掘接替系统需要改造的原因与优化设计思路。将一个区段划分为长度200 m的若干块段,解决了煤炭暴露时间长、采煤工作面运输巷和回风巷服务时间过长的问题。在长兴灰岩中布置3条岩石平巷,实现了2个采煤工作面、2个煤巷掘进面的独立回风,实现了2个错茬采煤工作面连续推进。 According to the characteristics of coal mines in Guizhou province, coal seams are easy to combust spontaneously, besides, there are also disadvantages such as coal and gas outburst danger, steeply inclined, large length alone the roadway, poor conditions of surrounding rock exist. Analyze the reason for reconstruction and optimization of design ideas of the mining replace system. By dividing sections of 200 m length each, can solve the problem of long exposure timeof coal mining face, too long service time for the transportation lane and air return lane. By arranging three roadways in changxing limestone rock, get the purpose of independent air return at the two coal mining and excavation faces, and it makes easy for advancing continuously at the two wrong crop coal mining working faces.
