摘要
通过研究赵楼煤矿中央泵房的支护策略,总结出在厚冲积层、大断面、大淋水条件下深井软岩硐室稳定性控制的应对手段。主要的方法可归结为三步策略:在先期,恰当使用锚网喷的支护策略为后续工作奠定基础;其次,对岩性不佳或是应力集中的位置做出有效的评价,然后以二次锚注及补打锚索的策略对其进行针对性加固;最后,以浇注混凝土的手段完成最终的支护流程。从数值模拟的结果和现场的支护情况来看,该策略是行之有效的。
Researching on the supporting strategies of the central pump room in Zhaolou coal mine, Summarized the coping tactics of the stability control under the thick alluvium and large size cross- section with plenty watering conditions in the soft rock chamber in deep mine. The main method can be attributed to the three-step strategy: In the initial,using the spray anchor net support strategy properly to lay the foundation for follow-up work; Secondly,finding the position which the lithology in bad condition or the stress concentrated to make an effective evaluation; At last,finalizing the supporting processes by pouring concrete. From the results of numerical simulation and field supporting situation, the policy is effective.
