摘要
露天煤矿采场的掏槽爆破是较为复杂的控制爆破技术。针对黑岱沟露天煤矿转向时延深工程遇到的爆破规模大、施工复杂、施工工期相对紧张等问题,研究结合采矿要求和爆破条件选定了斜坡道半断面和平段整体一次成型掏槽爆破方案,对起爆网路、爆破参数以及工程管理组织进行了设计与优化,解决了上述难题,加快了转向扩帮进度,为类似条件下的工程项目提供了参考与借鉴。
Cut-hole blasting in open-pit coal mine is a complicated controlled blasting technology. According to the various problems existing in extending project during the turning period of Heidaigou open-pit coal mine, such as enormous blasting scale, complicated construction and short construction time, took mining request and blasting conditions into considered, then determined the half-section ramp and entire explosive project as the final solution, also optimized the blasting parameters, blasting network and organization, which speed up the expansion progress, and provided reference for engineering projects under the similar conditions.
