摘要
为解决综放工作面上隅角瓦斯治理难题,提出高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术方法。以王家岭煤矿为试验对象,通过理论计算、数值模拟方法,确定高位定向钻孔布设合理层位,并以此指导高位定向钻孔施工。工业试验表明:上隅角瓦斯浓度由原0.56%~0.98%降至0.42%~0.68%,解决了上隅角瓦斯超限问题,实现了综放工作面的高效、安全生产。
Puts forward the technique of gas drainage for high directional and long distance drilling hole in order to solve the problem of gas control at upper corner in fully mechanized caving face. The theoretical calculation and numerical simulation were used to determine the reasonable setting horizon of high directional and long distance drilling hole, which selected Wangjialing coal mine as the test object, and guide the construction of high directional drilling hole. The industrial test shows that the concentration of gas at upper corner from 0.56%-0.98% to 0.42%~0.68% to solve its gas concentration exceeding limits at upper corner, which can realize high efficient and safety production in fully mechanized caving face.
