摘要
为了改进"就地式和集中式"保护方案解决煤矿电网越级跳闸和漏电无选择性问题存在的不足,提出基于IEC 61850的分布式保护技术,分布式配置的保护装置接入高速过程层GOOSE网络进行信息共享和融合,通过构建基于GOOSE网络的新型保护逻辑,实现协同保护。通过MATLAB/Simulink验证了在不同故障类型下保护逻辑的可靠性和选择性;通过OPNET仿真软件测试保护通信时延,验证了保护的速动性。证明此保护技术可提高保护性能,有效解决煤矿越级跳闸和漏电无选择性问题。
Because ‘local protection and centralized protection’ in coal mine power gnu exists problems to solve override trip and no elective grounding, distributed protection technology is proposed based on IEC 61850, in which the distributed protection device accesses GOOSE process layer network to achieve information interaction. And new type of protection logics is constructed to realize coordinated protection. MATLAB/Simulink is used to build coal mine power network to verify the reliability and selectivity of protection logic and OPNET simulation software is used to verify the protection of quick action. It proves that this technology can improve the protection ability and solve the problems of override trip and no elective grounding protection effectively.
