摘要
对分体式煤矿坑道钻机履带化改进进行了研究,提出了采用单泵阀控流量分配系统解决方案,给出了阀控流量分配系统的基本原理,利用AMESim软件分析及现场实验研究分析阀控流量分配系统对煤矿井下坑道钻机行走负载适应性影响,并通过与其他流量分配系统对比,得出阀控流量分配系统可实现煤矿井下坑道钻机行走回路负载独立流量分配的结论。
Studying split type coal mine drilling rig with the improvement of crawler adaptation, putting forward single valve control flow distribution system as a solution; explaining the basic principle of valve control flow distribution system; analyzing the influence of the valve control flow distribution system to the workload adaptability of mine drilling rig by utilizing AMESim software and experimental study; putting forward the conclusion that valve control of flow distribution system can realize mine drilling dig independent walking circuit load flow distribution, through comparing with other flow distribution system.
