摘要
对变速器壳体铸件的铸造工艺进行分析与设计。利用计算机仿真软件Anycast对变速器壳体铸件的充型与凝固过程液相分布的时序进行模拟,并依据铸件收缩缺陷形成的原因进行工艺改进,从而优化了变速器壳体铸件的制造工艺。
The casting process of automobile gearbox shell casting process software Anycast was used to simulate casting was analyzed and redesigned. The the timing-based liquid distribution of automobile gearbox shell during casting filling and solidification, and on the basis of the causes of the formation of the casting shrinkage defects the casting process was improved, thus optimizing the manufacturing process of automobile gearbox shell casting.
