摘要
煤炭生产中输送带发生纵向撕裂造成巨大损失的背景下,利用机器视觉的方法,设计了一套基于Otsu算法的输送带撕裂检测系统,从处理时间和效果方面深入研究了Otsu算法在处理输送带表面撕裂图像的优越性。实验结果表明,系统可以快速、准确检测到运行状态下输送带撕裂痕迹,为输送带纵向撕裂视觉检测系统进一步发展奠定了基础。
