摘要
为解决当前半焦灰分过高难以加工利用的现状,以固体热载体半焦为研究对象进行了试验探索。在对其基本性质研究的基础上进行了选择性絮凝-浮选单因素试验和分步释放絮凝浮选试验。试验结果充分说明通过选择性絮凝-浮选的方法能够有效降低半焦中赋存的无机质,提高半焦品质。
In order to solve the problem of high ash content in semi-coke, solid heat carrier semi-COke as object was researched. Basing on its basic properties, conducted selective flocculation-flotation single factor experiment and progressive release flocculation flotation test. The experimental results indicated through progressive release flocculation flotation was an effective approach to lessen inorganic substance content occurred in semi-coke and improve the quality of it.
