摘要
现役海洋石油钻机的井控系统与起升、旋转和循环等系统的控制系统相对独立,完全依靠人工进行观测、判断和处理它们之间的逻辑关系,造成误操作的情况时有发生,导致较大的经济损失。根据井控系统的特点及与其他钻机系统之间的逻辑关系,利用PLC技术及相关的网络技术,通过设计软件实现井控系统与其他钻井系统安全互锁,避免误操作,提高设备完整性、可靠性和安全性。
Currently, offshore oil rig well control system and hoisting, rotation and circulatory system are relatively independent, fully rely on drilling crew operators to observing, judging and deal with the logical relationship between them. Leading to wrong operation, accidents and large economic loss has happened.
