摘要
通过热轧方式制备了7075铝合金板材,研究了不同压下率对其宏观形貌和显微组织的影响,分析了轧制过程中出现的缺陷。结果表明:在宏观形貌上,随着压下率的增大,7075铝合金板材会逐渐出现并加大弯曲、边裂等缺陷。在平行于轧制方向,随着压下率的增加,原始等轴晶沿轧制方向逐渐延伸,压下率越大,晶粒伸长的程度也越大;垂直于轧制方向,随着压下率的增加,晶粒逐渐细化并有一定程度的拉长,但轧制作用并没有明显改变晶粒形状。轧制过程中轧件出现的缺陷有:"张嘴"、边裂和变形。
The 7075 aluminum alloy sheets were prepared by hot rolling method. The effects of different reduction rates on the macro-morphology and microstructure were studied, and the defects in rolling process were analyzed. The results show that: in the macro-morphology, with the increase of the reduction ratio, 7075 aluminum alloy sheets will gradually present and increase the workpiece bending and edge crack defects. In parallel to the rolling direction, with the increase of the reduction rate, the original equal axial grains are graduaUy extended along the rolling direction; the higher the reduction rate is, the greater the degree of grain, elongation is, in perpendicular to the rolling direction, with the increase of the reduction rate, the grain is gradually refined'and has a certain degree of elongation, but the rolling does not significantly change the grain shape. The defects in the rolling process have the "opening mouth", edge crack and deformation.
