摘要
在室温拉伸试验的基础上从应变速率敏感指数、应变硬化指数出发,研究了应变速率对0Cr25Ni20奥氏体不锈钢室温应变硬化行为的影响,并分别提出了基于应变速率敏感指数、应变硬化指数的0Cr25Ni20奥氏体不锈钢本构模型。结果表明,该模型能较好地反映应变速率对真实应力-应变曲线的敏感性影响规律。
On the basis of tensile test at room temperature,beginning with the strain rate sensitivity index and the strain hardening exponent, effects of strain rate on the strain hardening behavior of 0Cr25Ni20 austenitic stainless steel at room temperature were studied. The constitutive model of 0Cr25Ni20 austenitic stainless steel based on strain rate sensitivity index and strain hardening index was proposed. The results show that, the model can well reflect the influence of strain rate on the sensitivity of real stress-strain curves.
