摘要 基于AutoForm有限元软件,采用两步成形工艺对发动机舱边梁前段的成形过程进行了数值模拟,预测了板料成形中开裂、起皱及减薄等缺陷,并根据试验结果对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明,两步成形工艺适合发动机舱边梁前段的冲压成形。 Based on the AutoForm finite element software, the forming process of the front section of the engine compartment side beam was simulated by two step forming process. Cracking, wrinkling, thinning and other defects in the forming were estimated. The simulation results were verified according to the experimental results. The results indicate that the two-step forming process is suitable for the stamp forming of the front section of the engine compartment side beam.
