摘要
通过真空自耗电弧炉熔炼了TC4钛合金,采用多向锻造的方法制备了大规格TC4钛合金板坯。结果表明,通过多向锻造工艺生产的大规格TC4钛合金板坯能够满足要求。这证明所采用的锻造方式是合理的。
TC4 titanium alloy was melted by vacuum consumable arc furnace. The large size TC4 titaniumalloy slab was prepared by using the multi-way forging. The results show that the large size TC4 titanium alloy slab produced by multiple forging process can meet the requirements. It is proved that the forging method is reasonable.
