应用最小厚度准则预测热镀锌板的成形极限 被引量:1

摘要 以最小厚度准则作为金属板料冲压成形的失稳判据,借助Dynaform软件对DX54D镀锌钢板的成形极限曲线进行了预测。通过杯突试验测定了热镀锌钢板的成形极限图。将数值模拟所得数据与实验数据进行了对比。结果表明:采用单向拉伸应变路径下模拟数据作为已知参数时,预测结果和实验数据吻合较好。这说明用单向拉伸应变路径下得到的模拟数据结合最小厚度准则能有效预测板料的成形极限。 Taking minimum thickness criterion as instability criterion of metal sheet stamping forming, the forming limit curve (FLC) of DX54D galvanized steel sheet was forecasted by Dynaform software. The forming limit diagram of galvanized steel sheet was tested by cupping test. The numerical simulation results were compared with the experimental data. The results show that taking simulated data under uniaxial tension strain path as known parameters, the predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental data. This illustrates that the simulated data obtained from the uniaxial tension strain path combined with the minimum thickness criterion can effectively predict the forming limit of sheet metal.
