摘要
基于电磁感应加热的BR1500HS高强钢管热弯曲成形过程是管材在感应加热区的成形与淬火一起进行的。基于塑性成形理论对管材弯曲过程进行了应力分析,通过有限元软件进行了多场顺序耦合计算,获得了感应区加热温度对管材截面畸变和回弹程度的影响规律,并通过试验进行了验证。结果表明,在800~950℃,管材的截面畸变程度和回弹角度均随着感应区加热温度的增大而减小。
Hot bend ing forming process of BR1500HS high strength steel robe based on electromagnetic induction heating is that the forming and quenching of tube in induction heating zone are carried out. The stress analysis of tube bending process was carried out based on plastic forming theory. Multi-field sequential coupling calculation was carried out by using the finite element software. The influencing rule of heating temperature in the induction zone on the section distortion and springback of the tube was obtained. And it was verified through experiment. The results show that, at 800-950 ℃, the distortion degree and the springback angle of the tube are decreased with the increase of the heating temperature in the induction heating zone.
