摘要
使用三种Zn-Al系钎料对Cu/Al异种金属进行感应钎焊试验,研究了Cu/Al异种金属焊接接头的显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,相对于Zn-2Al和Zn-2Al-1Ag钎缝,Zn-13Al-5Ag钎缝组织有更多的弥散分布的Al2Cu相;Zn-13Al-5Ag钎焊接头的显微硬度和腐蚀前后的剪切强度最大,Zn-2Al和Zn-2Al-1Ag钎缝的显微硬度相当;Cu母材耐腐蚀性能最好,Al母材耐腐蚀性能最差,而这三种钎缝的耐腐蚀性能从高至低依次为Zn-13Al-5Ag钎缝>Zn-2Al-1Ag钎缝>Zn-2Al钎缝,其耐腐蚀性能均高于Al母材。
The induction brazing tests of Cu/Al dissimilar metals were carried out by using three kinds of Zn-Al series solders, and the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Cu/Al welded joints were investigated. The results show that compared with Zn-2Al and Zn-2Al-1Ag brazing seams, the microstructure of Zn-13Al-5Ag brazing seam has more dispersed Al:Cu phases. The microhardness, shear strength before and after corrosion of the Zn-13Al-SAg brazing seam are the highest, and the microhardness of Zn-2Al and Zn-2Al-IAg brazing seams is at the same level. The corrosion resistance of Cu base metal is the best, and that of Al base metal is the worst. The corrosion resistances of the three kinds of brazing seams from high to low arc as follows, Zn-13Al-5Ag brazing seam 〉Zn-2Al-IAg brazing seam 〉Zn-2Al brazing seam, and they are higher than that orAl base material.
