摘要 对三种不同性能的HRB500钢筋试样进行电渣压力焊接,研究了HRB500钢筋的电渣压力焊接性能。结果表明:HRB500钢筋可以采用电渣压力焊接方式进行连接,但化学成分和力学性能不同的钢筋的电渣压力焊接性能不同。焊接接头过热区出现魏氏体组织,导致发生脆性断裂。 The electro slag pressure welding of three kinds of HRB500 steel specimens with different properties was carried out, and the electro slag pressure welding properties of HRBS00 steel bars were studied. The results show that the HRB500 steel bars can be connected by electro slag pressure welding. However, the electro slag pressure welding properties of steel bars with different chemical composition and mechanical properties are different. The overheated zone of welded joint with widmanstatten structure causes the brittle fracture.
