摘要
为探究NT型发动机缸体在液压试验中出现渗漏情况的原因,采用化学成分分析、金相组织观察、扫描电镜及能谱分析等检测研究手段,对NT型缸体渗漏处的材料性能进行了检测。同时,采用MAGMA软件对缸体铸件在凝固过程中的温度场进行了模拟。研究结果表明:渗漏孔的形成是缸体材料化学成分未达标、凝固过程中存在的热节以及铸造过程中产生的气体几者综合作用的结果。
In order to study the causes of leakage defects of NT engine cylinder block during hydraulic test, the material properties of NT cylinder leakage were detected by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic observation, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. Meanwhile, the simulation of temperature field forthe cylinder block during solidification process was carried out by using MAGMA software. The results show that the causes of leakage defects can be ascribed to synthetic effects of unsatisfactory chemical composition of the material, the existence of hot spot during solidification process and the gas produced in casting process.
