摘要
通过对深冷和钝化工艺的研究,分析了两种工艺对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢丝锥磨损的影响,对不同工艺处理的丝锥进行了攻丝试验和微观结构观察分析试验。结果表明,磨粒、氧化、粘结磨损是高速钢丝锥后刀面磨损的主要形式。经过深冷与钝化处理的高速钢丝锥抗磨损能力优于未处理的丝锥。
The influence of cryogenic and passivation technology on wear of W6MoSCr4V2 high speed steel taps is studied in this paper. The effects of two processes on life and wear are analyzed. Tapping test and microstrueture observation and analysis test of taps of different technological processes are investigated. It is shown that to a certain extent, the main wear form of high speed steel taps are abrasive, oxidation, adhesion. Wear resistance of high speed steel taps treated by cry- ogenic and passivation technology is better than untreated.
